Idlemoor Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Idlemoor, including the game client, website, Steam version, accounts, and related online services. Idlemoor is operated by Uncooked Games (“Uncooked Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing Idlemoor, or using any Idlemoor online service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Idlemoor.
2. Account and Eligibility
You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and all activity under your account. Do not share, sell, or transfer accounts unless Uncooked Games gives written permission. You must be at least 13 years old to use Idlemoor. If your region requires a higher age to consent to online services, that higher age applies.
3. License to Use Idlemoor
Uncooked Games grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play Idlemoor for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules. You do not own the game, server software, game data, art, code, characters, items, currency, or account records.
4. Online Service and Availability
Idlemoor is an online, account-based game. Server access, account saves, multiplayer features, chat, rankings, marketplace systems, and progression may require an internet connection. We may modify, suspend, wipe, rebalance, limit, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for development, maintenance, security, legal compliance, or game integrity.
5. Player Conduct
You agree not to harass others, post hateful or abusive content, impersonate staff or other players, threaten others, spam, advertise without permission, exploit bugs, cheat, automate gameplay with bots or scripts, reverse engineer the service, interfere with servers, attempt unauthorized access, evade bans, or use Idlemoor in a way that harms the game, players, or Uncooked Games.
6. Chat and User Content
Idlemoor may allow players to submit chat messages, names, reports, marketplace listings, or other content. You are responsible for what you submit. By submitting content, you grant Uncooked Games a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, moderate, reproduce, and use that content as needed to operate and promote Idlemoor. We may remove or restrict content at our discretion.
7. Virtual Items, Currency, and Progress
Idlemoor may include virtual items, virtual currency, character progress, rankings, marketplace listings, premium status, cosmetics, or other in-game benefits. These are licensed game features, not property, money, or stored value. They have no cash value and may be changed, removed, rebalanced, reset, or limited as part of normal development, moderation, security, or anti-cheat enforcement.
8. Purchases and Refunds
If Idlemoor offers paid access, premium features, cosmetics, virtual currency, or other purchases, transactions may be handled by Steam or another payment provider. Refunds are governed by the applicable platform’s refund policy unless otherwise required by law. Uncooked Games does not intentionally collect or store full payment card numbers.
9. Marketplace and Trading
Idlemoor may include player marketplace or trading systems. Marketplace values, listings, buybacks, item movement, and economy behavior may change over time. Uncooked Games may reverse, remove, or adjust transactions when needed to address bugs, exploits, fraud, abuse, balance issues, or server errors.
10. Steam and Third-Party Platforms
If you access Idlemoor through Steam or another platform, your use may also be governed by that platform’s terms, policies, and account rules. Platform services, overlays, purchases, achievements, cloud saves, or account linking may be controlled by the platform provider, not Uncooked Games.
11. Enforcement
Uncooked Games may warn, mute, suspend, ban, reset, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, game rules, or security requirements. We may also remove items, currency, progress, listings, chat messages, or other game data connected to cheating, exploitation, fraud, abuse, or technical errors.
12. Updates and Changes
Idlemoor is a live game and may change over time. We may update these Terms, game systems, rules, pricing, features, balance, rewards, drop rates, progression, or access requirements. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Intellectual Property
Idlemoor, Uncooked Games, game code, art, text, systems, designs, logos, names, and related materials are owned by Uncooked Games or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, host, or create derivative works from Idlemoor except as allowed by law or written permission.
14. Disclaimer
Idlemoor is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Uncooked Games disclaims warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or preservation of specific game data, progress, items, currency, or rankings.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Uncooked Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost progress, account interruption, or loss of virtual items. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.
16. Termination
You may stop using Idlemoor at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to Idlemoor or your account if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, harm other players, or if continued operation of the service becomes impractical.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Uncooked Games, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your local law requires otherwise.
